
-White+Partners adds Andrea Tilley as an account supervisor overseeing Member Value programs for the Produce Marketing Association account. She comes to White+Partners from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) in Alexandria where she orchestrated all membership-marketing initiatives for the association’s more than 20,000 associates. Prior to ACRP, she worked at several agencies and institutions in the Greater National Capital Region, including Toro Advertising, The George Washington University, and Zimmerman Advertising.

- DPR Group promoted Jeanne Zepp to senior account executive. Zepp joined the staff of the full-service public relations and marketing firm in March 2007 as an account executive and currently manages the day-to-day marketing and PR activities of four key client accounts.
- The RP3 Agency adds Chris Sheldon as associate creative director and Amanda Marinelli as account coordinator. Sheldon joins after collaborating with the agency on numerous projects over the past few months. -The US High Speed Rail Association appointed Hill & Knowlton as its communications agency of record as it seeks to intensify its advocacy for high speed rail development in America. H&K was selected based on its network reach and transportation credentials, reports The Holmes Report.
- LM&O Advertising has been chosen by The Fairmont Washington, D.C., a four-diamond hotel in the DC's fashionable West End, to produce a monthly e-newsletter and to build a website featuring Fairmont’s meeting and event catering capabilities. The new online campaign will match The Fairmont’s image of style and luxury and more effectively reach their customers, who spend much of their time online. The campaign will also eliminate paper waste, which supports The Fairmont’s environmental initiatives.
- Bean Creative has launched a new web site for WETA-TV's primetime news and public affairs program, Washington Week with Gwen Ifill. The firm said the site includes several social networking features, as well as content management tools that allow producers to better manage and update the site.
