Last spring, WestGlen Communications recognized that the tough economic year put an urgency on nonprofit organizations to increase visibility among donors and others, yet funds to do so were being slashed. So the company stepped up to the plate to "give back" to the nonprofit community by conducting weekly satellite feeds of PSAs at no cost.
The response was so overwhelming and positive that WestGlen has decided, again, to “give back” to nonprofits and help those with important messages and budgetary constraints. And, during March it will conduct weekly 15-minute satellite feeds of PSAs, free of cost to nonprofit organizations. If you would like to have your campaign considered for placement on one of the feeds, please send the following:
- Up to three broadcast-quality spots (no more than :90 TRT) on betaSP or digi-beta tape;
- PSA script(s) and background information on the campaign;
- Contact information which they will provide to stations should they have questions or want to request a hard copy.
WestGlen will provide national television station notification and national satellite distribution. (WestGlen stated they may not be able to accommodate all PSAs, but will try their best based on volume and need.)
