Reverend Mansfield “Kasey” Kaseman has joined Van Eperen Public Relations as vice president of Strategy and Development. Kaseman has 40+ years experience founding and administering non-profit organizations. 

Kaseman's commitment to working on behalf of others began alongside Martin Luther King, Jr. in the 1960s as he fought for civil rights. He was a Pastor and Community Minister within churches and communities in Tallahassee, FL, New Haven, CT, and Dover, MA before coming to the Washington, DC, area. 

From 1979 to 2005, Kaseman served as a Pastor, Community Minister and Executive Director with Community Ministries of Rockville. At Community Ministries, Kaseman served a wide spectrum of human needs including the Emergency Assistance Program, Elder Services, Latino Outreach, shelters, and transitional homes.  He founded and maintained the Caregiver’s Coalition of Rockville consisting of private and public human service program directors and public officials.  He also assisted in the formation of the Rockville Senior Center, Manna Food Center, Habitat for Humanity in Montgomery County, and the Human Services Commission of Rockville.

Since 2005 Kaseman has served as senior VP for Health Disparities and Community Service with Capital Technology Information Services (CTIS). In this capacity he initiated programs contributing to CTIS winning state and regional awards for its leadership in healthcare and community service.

During his career, Kaseman has received countless accolades, including “Citizen of the Year” by at least two Rockville civic and business organizations. He serves on regional and national boards, including the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation, the Low Vision Center and the Civilizations Exchange and Cooperation Foundation. Kaseman holds numerous degrees and certificates, including a B.S. from Westmar College, a B.D. from Andover Newton Theological School and an S.T.M. from Yale University.
