Three upcoming events set to occur before the end of January should appeal to a wide range of area communicators:
Jan 22: Twin Tech III, which will run from 6 - 9 p.m., already has 1,823 RSVPs. The event, set for Lux Lounge, 649 New York Ave.NW., is a follow-up to Twin Tech II, held last September and presented by the Northern Virginia Technology Council and iStrategyLabs. That occasion marked by the coming together of about 1200 of the Capital Region's emerging tech, social/new media stars and veteran entrepreneurs. Jan 28: 8 - 10 a.m. PRSA-NCC presents “ PR Employment Environment as we Enter 2009” at the Navy Memorial & Heritage Center, 701 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. The session will take a look at 2009 , which looks like a very challenging year for area communicators. Jan. 28: The DC Ad Club celebrates is 90th birthday party which is titled “Still Hot After All These Years”. The event, which runs from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., is at National Journal Group, The Watergate, 600 New Hampshire Ave. NW.
