We've been hearing it for months: Capitol Communicator! Set up a Twitter account! Elise, Nick, Shana, Geoff, Peter, Rachel, Frank, Michael etc. etc. etc. We have finally done it and our intent is to use it primarily as an alternative RSS feed when we post new material. Our goal is to use it but not abuse it. A very special thanks to Michael Mossoba of Genius Rocket for providing guidance, insight and a great smart paper.
