MGH added three new clients - Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future, Preston Scheffenacker Properties and State Department Federal Credit Union - and retained TEDCO after a competitive review.

Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future (CLF) selected MGH to promote its new curriculum – Teaching the Food System – and corresponding grant program for local high school teachers through public relations, and strategic partnership development and online outreach. CLF’s mission is to promote research and to develop and communicate information about the complex interrelationships among diet, food production, environment and human health.

Preston Scheffenacker Properties tapped MGH for advertising, website development, media planning and buying and public relations support on a new residential project in Howard County that will be a mixed-use, transit-oriented development community. Preston Scheffenacker Properties has produced and managed more than 15 million square feet of real estate valued at more than $800M and are currently focusing on industrial, office and residential properties in the Baltimore-Washington corridor.

MGH will work with the State Department Federal Credit Union, a Virginia-based credit union of more than 67,000 members worldwide, to develop print membership collateral targeting the teen and young adult demographic. MGH is designing and developing the collateral materials that will be disseminated in all five of SDFCU’s branches, and distributed to customers through direct mail outreach.
