As media outlets around the world turned their attention to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s first visit to the United States, Scott Circle Communications was front and center at one of the final events they attended. The agency reports it was hired to work with ServiceNation: Mission Serve to direct media logistics for the veteran job fair that the Duke and Duchess attended at Sony Pictures Studios on July 10.
Scott Circle Communications said it was responsible for the extensive needs and technical challenges for over 200 members of the media, including working with security teams and staff from the United Kingdom to arranging for live shots and handling the timely and efficient movements of the media, while working with the production team to create press shots that were used by media outlets throughout the world.
It reported it was contracted by The Markham Group (an event planning/production firm) for this project.

The fact that even though the event was in California, and there are many PR firms in that state but this company was hired from Washington means that they must do a wonderful and thorough job.
