 White+Partners adds Leigh Mayo, pictured above, to lead the agency’s growing grassroots/ advocacy division as VP/ advocacy marketing.  “We are excited to welcome Leigh to the W+P management team,” said Matt White, president and CEO of White+Partners. “His extensive experience in integrating social media and online outreach strategies into traditional political and public affairs initiatives will be an asset in the strategic development and management of our advocacy practice area.”  Mayo comes to W+P from Chicago, where he helmed his own consulting firm that specialized in the design and execution of grassroots, political and public affairs campaigns geared toward land use rights in the retail, energy, health care, waste management and gaming sectors. His career encompasses work in the private sector, legislative affairs on the state level, as well as national political campaigns, including Gephardt for President in 2004.

iStrategyLabs adds six: Brandon Minow joins as director of social experience; Bonnie Shaw as director of social innovation; Zach Saale, McKee Floyd and Katie Lancos as creative strategists; and John Long as creative technologist.

TGD Communications adds Neha Gupta Goyal as web programmer and designer and is responsible for programming web and multimedia projects. Neha joins TGD from Chicago.

Mark Stubis has been appointed chief communications officer at American Humane Association, which states that it’s the nation's voice for the protection of children and animals. Stubis joins after more than 15 years at KidsPeace, where he was VP/communications.
