Chris Hansen, "Dateline NBC" correspondent, NBC News, and Greta Kreuz, veteran reporter and Maryland bureau chief for ABC7/WJLA-TV, will help present awards, Thursday, Sept. 23, as the Public Relations Society of America’s National Capital Chapter honors winners of this year’s 42nd Annual Thoth Awards. We’ve been told that attendance at this year’s Thoth gala will be the largest in recent years as outstanding PR achievements will be recognized in 34 categories, including 13 program categories, celebrating the best PR campaigns and 21 component categories that highlight top accomplishments in PR tactics.  The Thoth gala will be held at the Willard InterContinental Hotel in DC.  Drinks, appetizers, charity raffle and networking start at  6:00 p.m.; while the awards ceremony and after party runs from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.   More at www.prsa-ncc.org.
