According to the odwyers.com report, Martha Boudreau, president of Fleishman's Mid-Atlantic and Latin America regions, said by e-mail that the layoffs occurred August 19 due to "local market conditions." She declined to say which practices were affected, stating that "a small number" of practice areas were affected.
