Susan Davis International, a full-service international public relations and strategic communications agency headquartered in Washington, D.C., today announced the hire of two new associates, Marcus Dunn as a senior account executive and Joe Hendrix as an account executive. Dunn and Hendrix will bring their military background and communications expertise to their work on behalf of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Dunn’s previous experience includes working on Capitol Hill as a legislative affairs director for Florida Representative Jeff Miller, a military legislative assistant to Congressman Joel Hefley, and as a legislative assistant to Congressman Bob Schaffer as well as a press secretary in the Colorado General Assembly. He served as a member of the Army National Guard Airborne Infantry.

Joe Hendrix comes to SDI from the Electronic Warfare and Information Operations Association where he was a media and government relations specialist. He previously worked for Representative Zach Wamp of Tennessee. Joe is an Iraq War veteran and was awarded the Global War on Terrorism and Iraq Campaign medals.
