- James C. Lake, chairman of Burson-Marsteller’s U.S. Public Affairs Group, is joining Gibraltar Associates as president.

- Robyn Sachs, president and CEO of RMR & Associates, has been chosen as one of the leading CEOs in Maryland by the Gazette of Politics and Business's "25 Top CEOs You Need To Know" list. (Photo in Flickr.)

- The National Association of Manufacturers names Maureen Davenport as senior vice president of communications. She comes from Hill & Knowlton/D.C., where she led the U.S. Technology practice and was responsible for growing Hill & Knowlton’s technology portfolio.
