BrowserMedia, a Bethesda-based provider of web design and development services, merged with DC-based nclud, a boutique digital agency and software development company. The merger comes five months after nclud sold the bulk of its intellectual property to Twitter, with co-founders Martin Ringlein and Alex Giron joining the Silicon Valley company. The latest deal includes all of nclud's remaining IP and creative staff. BrowserMedia currently serves more than 300 clients.
The Borenstein Group reports it is celebrating its 18th anniversary with an expanding roster of national and global B2B clients. The agency reports that this year it worked on integrated branding, marketing and web design projects for clients that included Bollinger, NSG, IBM, GoArmyEd, Lockheed Martin, TSA, IntelliDyne and CTSI.
