Finn Partners appointed David MacKay as partner at the agency. His responsibilities will be two-fold: leading and expanding the firm’s regional integrated marketing capabilities, and serving as the first DC-based partner of the firm’s division Polskin Arts & Communications Counselors, which is headquartered in New York. Most recently, MacKay was senior vice president and senior partner at Fleishman-Hillard in DC.
Millennial Media adds Mollie Spilman as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. In the newly created role, Spilman will be responsible for leading the Baltimore-based company’s worldwide marketing, advertising and branding efforts; as well as the company’s business development efforts. Spilman is joining Millennial Media from Yahoo!, where she served as chief marketing officer.
MGH hired Trish McClean as senior vice president, account services director, where she will be responsible for overseeing the Baltimore-based agency’s account services department. McClean worked most recently as account services director at Exit10, where she led some of the agency’s largest accounts, including the Corporate Social Responsibility division of CSX Corporation and American Portfolios Financial Services. She also worked at Arnold, serving as vice president and general manager of the Baltimore office where she managed the McDonald’s restaurant business for more than seven years.
Andrea Koslow joined the marketing and communications team at PBS to work in brand strategy. Previously, she spent 10 years with the American Red Cross running the national Red Cross brand and creative marketing teams, which covered advertising, creative resources, brand management and celebrity/entertainment outreach.
