SmithGifford launched a new TV and online campaign for Lindsay Automotive. The campaign, designed to highlight the company’s customer-driven philosophy, is expected to run through the end of the year. The agency, in conjunction with production company Working Stiff, created four :30 spots with eight complementary online display banner ads utilizing the characters from the TV campaign.

MWW announced that Deana Perlmutter will join as deputy general manager of the PR firm’s D.C. office and senior vice president of corporate affairs. In this role, Perlmutter will help manage the operations and strategy of MWW's DC office, and help clients develop corporate, economic and environmental sustainability strategies to advance new market opportunities. Perlmutter most recently headed her own public affairs practice, the Integral Group.

Crosby Marketing Communications hired Raycheal Proctor as a digital connection planner. She will manage search engine marketing programs and support other digital and mobile marketing initiatives for Crosby clients. She previously served as a SEO and pay-per-click specialist for Apogee Results, an online marketing firm in Austin.

The Martin Agency announced that Jorge Calleja has joined the Richmond agency as senior vice president, group creative director. He most recently served as executive creative director for Sid Lee (Amsterdam), where he was responsible for all creative output from the office. Sid Lee is a creative services firm based in Montreal with offices in Amsterdam, Paris, Toronto and Austin.
