Maroon PR based in Columbia named Marlene Alvarez and Steph Deishaer s account coordinators. In their new roles, Alvarez and Deisher will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities related to the agency’s roster of sports, non-profit, and business clients. Alvarez graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011. Prior to coming to Maroon PR, the bilingual Alvarez spent a year working in the Community Relations department of the Baltimore Ravens and held two public relations internships with Baltimore-based agencies, MGH and Profiles, Inc.
