Approximately 200 programmers will spend two days hacking and coding at this weekend's DC Week Hackathon in Chevy Chase. The event will challenge coders to create apps based on AT&T's new vocal recognition API (application programming interface), using the telecom giant's Watson technology. Competitors will vie for a top prize of $5,000 and a trip to the International CES in Las Vegas.
