Enterprises are getting a world-class lesson in PR, courtesy of the TSA, in the wake of the pat-down controversy. To understand this lesson, it doesn’t really matter if you are a fan of pat-downs at U.S. airports or not, or even if you hate the idea but are willing to go through the process for the sake of a safer world.
